Les vert\u00e8bres cervicales sont les plus agiles et plus fragiles de l\u2019ensemble du rachis. <\/p>\n<p>Du fait du mode de vie actuel, les cervicales sont moins mobilis\u00e9es, l\u2019usage de plus en plus fr\u00e9quent des \u00e9crans (t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, ordinateur, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable\u2026) durant des p\u00e9riodes de plus en plus longues, g\u00e9n\u00e8re des douleurs li\u00e9es aux tensions internes situ\u00e9es dans cette zone\u00a0: douleurs de la nuque, du dos, des \u00e9paules, des bras parfois jusqu\u2019aux mains. Pendant ce stage, madame WANG Yanli nous partagera le\u00a0<em>Qi Gong des cervicales<\/em>\u00a0qui est issu de l\u2019\u00e9cole<em>\u00a0Nei Yang Gong<\/em>\u00a0(<em>Qi Gong pour nourrir l\u2019int\u00e9rieur<\/em>). Cette m\u00e9thode est compos\u00e9e de deux parties\u00a0: des exercices en position assise et en position debout. Ces mouvements sont faciles \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 pratiquer dans la vie quotidienne.
